Hear what they learned from these leaders and how you can apply these leadership traits in your organization.

But they often keep their heads down, follow the formula, and try not to make too many waves. In this talk, Greg Larkin brings us into the room where bold intrapreneurs refuse to slow down and defer their dreams. Not-for-profit businesses (including associations) can be a surprisingly fertile ground for entrepreneurial activity. Our partners identified a challenge and had a dream or a vision of how, from that vacuum, they could create opportunity. Sometimes what took shape strayed far from the original inspiration. There were false starts, failures and financial losses. But whether they are celebrating with champagne or piecing together a broken business plan, these entrepreneurs were learning, growing and striving to bring innovation to market. Their stories offer examples for leaders who want to be example. Questions will be gathered during the day for us to ask them the toughest questions.

3:50 p.m. Closing Remarks

4:00 p.m. Networking Reception + Meet Our Partners

5:30 p.m. Post-Event After Party at Punch Bowl Social

*Please note the schedule is tentative and subject to change.
